Hi, I’m Ity — a wife, mom of two wonderful boys, and founder of Intentional Soft Mom.

This brand was born out of my own journey through postpartum — in those early newborn days when even slipping into a soft robe felt like a lifeline. Years later, that same robe still reminds me to choose comfort and softness daily.Journaling came later for me, but it’s now one of my favorite practices — looking back on the chapters of my motherhood journey, reflecting on how far I’ve come, and knowing my loved ones will one day hold those stories too.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

  • The Spark

    I created IntentionalSoft Mom because I was tired of the pressure to mother perfectly, perform constantly, and always be strong. I wanted space to be soft — to be present, intentional, and human.

    This is for the moms who are done with burnout and are ready to live from a place of grace, not grind.

    IntentionalSoft Mom began as a whisper — a desire to mother with care, clarity, and compassion — for my family and then for myself.

    It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, with softness.

    Because softness isn’t weakness — it’s the strength to listen, feel, and move with intention. And it's time we honored that.

  • The Journey

    IntentionalSoft Mom didn’t start as a brand. It began in the quiet — after the to-do lists, the late-night feedings, and the pressure to hold it all together. It came during my second postpartum — robe on, body healing, heart wide open.

    I wasn’t performing motherhood anymore. I was surviving it — and slowly learning to soften inside it. I didn’t need more advice or pressure to bounce back.

    I needed stillness. Space. Slowness. Support. And softness — not as a luxury, but as a lifeline.

    Tiny rituals began to hold me:
    Body butters to soothe my skin. Skincare as a pause.
    Tea in silence. A journal in my lap. A warm robe.
    Saying no without guilt. Letting myself cry. Letting myself rest.

    What began as private care became shared conversation.
    Other women were craving the same gentler, more sustainable way —not just to mother, but to exist.

    IntentionalSoft Mom grew from that ache — and from the quiet power of choosing presence over performance. This isn’t about perfection or productivity. It’s about wholeness.
